Who we are...
We are a church that recognizes the five fold ministry and we encourage people to operate in the gifts God has given them. Our Pastor James Williams has traveled the world, teaching and ministering. He has been at Refuge for over thirty years and he, along with his wife, Shelly Williams, invite you to hear the Word of the Lord that is going forth at Refuge.​

Get Devoted to the Word - Devotional, a devotional brought to you by the Sunday School teachers at Refuge. The Sunday School lessons were first edited into 3-minute segments and played over Living Water Radio. Those same lessons have now been transcribed into this daily devotional. Each day either has a devotional or a quote from our teachers. We hope, pray, and have full faith that these lessons will be encouraging, challenging, and inspiring. We hope this devotional will lead to a closer walk with the Lord for all who cross its pages. We wish to bless our brothers and sisters in the Lord and share with them many of the good things that the Lord has shared with us, through His Word and His Spirit.
